The service shall be requested at least 24 hours prior to the departure or arrival
of the flight.
According to the airport regulations, the lounge facility is available for one hour.
The passenger shall report to VIP Salon one hour before the departure of the flight.
Passengers baggage and passports (Travel Documents) may be sent 3 hours prior to
departure to enhance Check-in formalities.
For security mandatory requirements, Passenger shall identify his baggage before it is
forwarded to Aircraft.
This service is non-refundable nor transferrable.
Special requests (Wheelchair, Medical high loader) shall be booked in advance with
designated airline.
Infants under the age of 2 are accepted free of charge.
